When I decided to make the switch from oil to gas, I was looking for multiple companies but Eric gave me the best price. The whole change lasted 2 days. The 2 guys that came, worked very cleanly and made no mess outside or inside. I strongly recommend this company.

OMG!!!! I can’t say enough for my experience with this company! From the first call with Shannon who hooked me up with Eric D., who came within 2 hours to talk me through what I was in need of to solve my leaking boiler issues. I was happy with the options I was presented with, under absolutely NO PRESSURE!!! I was thrilled that they were able to get me on the road to normalcy again within 24 hours!!! 8:00 am the next day and I was greeting Adrian and Melvin on time and as professional as I could ever have hoped for! They moved right along at their job and we compared notes as to all the new features and making sure everything worked properly. They made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Finishing up they made sure no one would’ve even known they’d been there! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and left me feeling confident I had chosen the right company to deal with my problems. Thank you all again so much. Absolutely highly recommend anyone that needs help in any of the fields they serve, I can’t imagine you being unhappy with any part of the process that Ductworks brings to the plate!

Technician was very professional and did an excellent job, would rate him 5 stars. But the service was super expensive and rip off. Almost $100 for initial diagnosis and then $319 to replace the part under warranty which was a plug and play. Technician was in and out in around 50 minutes and they charged ridiculous. When requested to waive the initial fee, was a given option to pay $500 annual maintenance to save $100. The only reason went with the company as our HVAc installer was out of town for few days and he said he would charge $250 max for this. So, I would recommend to go with them ONLY
if you have no other choice as they will rip off, hence one star. Quality service doesn’t have to come with ridiculous price.

Woke up today (Saturday) to no heat, 44 degrees inside and 11 degrees outside. Called a few places but no one could commit to coming to my home the same day UNTIL I called Ductworks and they said they could have someone there between 2-4 today. Actually their technician arrived around 1:00, diagnosed the issue (a faulty switch and some bad wiring). He fixed the issue and made sure the system was operating as expected before leaving. I am 100% happy with the responsiveness, communication and work they did. I highly recommend and will save their contact info in case I need any help in the future.
