Mark Lancor assisted me in a drainage design dispute on an abutting major development to my residential property. He provided a technical and indisputable analysis from which the developer redesigned their plan to not affect my property. Without his expertise this would have been a very long drawn-out and much more expensive problem. He was always available for my questions including on his own personal time.

Representing Caste Heights Association and the Board f Directors, I hired Dymar to develop and present a Waste water management plan to DEEP for a permit to discharge to our 88 septic systems in the community. Mark is a pleasure to work with and did a yeoman’s job. He spent time on site watching how we maintain our septic systems and how we test the water we send into the Quinnipiac River. He followed us through repairs we made to the systems and made solid recommendations. He submitted his report on a timely manner. We look forward to working with him again on similar projects as they become available.
