I recently worked with East Coast Mechanical for the installation of heat pumps/mini splits at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, Dave, the sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the entire process, the financial side, and the benefits versus cons of the system. His insight helped me make an informed decision, and the fact that we could get the work done before federal incentives and rebates ended sealed the deal.

The installation itself was seamless. The team was on time, respectful of my home, and made sure to keep my pets safe and secure during the process. It's been a few months now since the system was installed, and I have zero regrets. I've already saved over $600 on oil, and my home is consistently warmer without the usual guilt over energy costs. This summer I look forward to enjoying comfortable temperatures in an old house that would be difficult to add central air to.

Today while working at one of my customers I had a chance to see at the same time EAST COAST MECHANICAL installing a large Mitsubishi air conditioning heat pump system to heat and cool the split level house.
I was very impressed the how professional and clean cut the crew was.

We recently replaced our entire HVAC system with a Mitsubishi heat pump through East Coast Mechanical, and we couldn’t be more impressed. We initially met with Dave C. just to get a third quote, as we’d already seen two others and were leaning toward one of them. Although East Coast’s proposal wasn’t the lowest in price, it’s true what they say: you get what you pay for.

The installation team—Cole, Trevor, Lex, and Nick—were equally impressive. Every one of them was courteous, professional, and highly skilled. The Mitsubishi system itself is fantastic, but I’d argue that the real value lies in the people, expertise, and quality of service East Coast brings to the table. We’ve used other HVAC companies locally before, and while they’ve met expectations, East Coast Mechanical went above and beyond. Every interaction with their team reflected their professionalism and dedication.

Administratively, they are incredibly thorough. Calls are answered or returned promptly, and their close-out packet is impressive—it includes everything you need to know about the system, maintenance guidance, and even a reminder to call for inspections (which no one else ever mentioned, assuming we knew!). They checked in after installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if we had any lingering questions.

While we haven’t yet had experience with their maintenance services, we’re confident that East Coast will continue to impress us. After such a standout experience, I wouldn’t recommend any other HVAC company but East Coast Mechanical. They’ve set a high standard, checking every box with care and expertise.

We have 2 Mitsubishi wall units that East Coast Mechanical installed 7 years ago. We have scheduled annual maintenance calls, and this year has a blockage in on of the drains. They came out quickly, resolved the problem and thourghly cleaned the units and the compressor. As always, they are meticulous, left the units cleaner than they were before and we are back up running smoothly. Fantastic service at very reasonable prices. From start to finish, the process of selecting and installing a ductless heating/cooling system in our home was an excellent experience. Sales representative, Dave, explained all aspects of the project and answered my (many) questions. The price was competetive. Installation technicians, Lex and Trevor, did an excellent job. They were very professional, competent, and respectful.
