They were fast to respond when my furnace wasn’t working. Same day repair on the weekend. Explained what was happening every step of the way as they were fixing it, resolved the issue on the first visit, and the price was very reasonable.

We lost heat couple weeks and company that installed our furnace just two years ago was not able to accommodate repairs. There recommended Rob he went above and beyond to resolve issue with our furnace swapping multiple parts. He fixed our issue and was dealing with manufacturer to get parts under warranty. He gave us fair price based on time he spent fixing our issues.

Absolutely trash. Called them the first time for a meter check. They came out seemed fixed. Then it died again. Called to replace the hot water heater or the control unit 4 times. Left voice mails all 4 times. Never got a call back. Called a 5th time finally got someone and I got told that I’d receive a call back. That was 3 months ago, still no call back. If you truly want service call someone else they are flakes and useless, I wouldn’t call them if it was below 0 and had no heat. They suck

I called them for routine annual furnace service. They sent a guy over. The guy was sitting in his truck for most of the time saying he was waiting for his boss to come in. I had 3 furnaces that I had asked them to service. At about 3 pm the guy said he was done and also had to charge me extra for cleaning the chimney which I never asked for. The next day I realized one of the furnace was not working. I went to inspect the units and realized they never even change the old filters in all the 3 units. I called them, the boss/owner came over, I followed him to the unit and I saw him him just turned on the switch which his staff I guess forgot to turn back on. But not just that, he told me his worker did not turn it on because it was not safe for him to do so. And then told me I have installed a unit which does not comply with the town's inspection requirement. But this was a unit installed by professionals who pulled permit and was inspected by the town in my presence! He told me they would have to come back and correct a problem with the unit for extra charge. He never came back and my furnace is still working as before.
Please do not hire these people. They are a cheat!

My 25 year old furnace ruptured and I needed heating restored. My friend Jed strongly recommended them. They fit me in somehow and quickly. Everyone, the owner all the skilled craftsmen were genuine nice people who cared and knew their craft. I fully trust them. The workmanship on the iron pipe and copper tubing are true sculpture and evidence of pride in their work. How they successfully got an 800 pound boiler down narrow stairs is amazing. I highly recommend this team.

Did irreparable damage to my minisplit after charging over $1100. Repeatedly had to call them and they failed to do the work on a second item (relay box) for oil heat. Do not throw away your money on this company. They are the worst I have ever hired!

We are Extremely happy about Matt from East Hartford Heating and Cooling service. Our Heat stopped working a couple days ago. We called our normal company, and they could not help so they referred us to another company, which was another wait. So we saw great reviews with East Hartford Heating and Cooling, so decided to go with this them. Matt came immediately and was respectful kind fast and efficient. He had knowledge that the others” well respected” fuel company had no clue what to do..:Our family business is changing over to this company from our old one we used for YEARS , since Matt was truly refreshing. E.H.heating and cooling were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Not to mention inexpensive. I say inexpensive and not cheap because the quality of the work was on par with the more over priced companies. They came, they evaluated and they fixed!! All for a terrific price with friendly service techs. I have worked with service industry professionals for 30 years and I can honestly say this company is one every home owner should be using.
