We hired elite to clear our home's property that we recently purchased- a once well maintained 3/4 acre that had been neglected for almost a decade. There were many beautiful, well established plantings among the invasive jungle that had taken over the property and foundation of the house. Andre arrived promptly for the quote and we walked the property to establish the scope that I wanted- he was very thorough and answered all my questions. He arrived with a full crew (even throwing in one additonal worker beyond what he quoted us to make sure it got done in one day) right on time on the day we scheduled and his fantastic, hard working crew covered the entire scope in one day. This included making sure the established plantings I wanted to keep remained in tact during all the clearing. We were very impressed and would hire elite again if needed!

If I could give no stars I would. This company does shoddy work. Andre, the owner, does not return calls when there is an issue. He has blamed ME when he has had to come back THREE times in the course of ONE YEAR because the gate lock shifted and I couldn’t bolt it closed....somehow, that was my fault...He has said he just doesn’t understand how one job can have so many problems...I’ve told him I don’t either...I’m not the fence person! The wire mesh has buckled and looks like a mess...Andre was angry at himself when he let it slip that they should have given the wood part of the fence a double coat of paint at time of installation. He never did make good on that, so I guess that will be in my future. They did not construct the fence according to plan and had to come back...thank god that last installment hadn’t been paid or I never would have seen him. The gates didn’t open the right way, or were the wrong gate completely.
Very reliable when it comes to getting money...otherwise try chasing him...has some weird phone system, so forget getting a live voice...or a return call.
The only good thing I can say is one of his employees Alex is a great guy and tries to help...if Andre lets him.
The last time I needed a lock for the gate (yet again, ) due to shoddy materials, I was apologizing to HIM like it was my fault..anyway, I gave fair warning that, a bad review which is my only defense would be posted if he wouldn’t get it fixed..no reply....so, buyer, BEWARE as the saying goes.
Overpriced, under delivers...way better companies out there...
