Well what can I say, me and the wife stayed in Casa Aloe Vera earlier this year. The villa cleaning was brilliant, and although we had a calima the first couple of days, the pool cleaner came to clean the sand out the pool left behind from the calima. Which I thought was a great service.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, will be staying with them again very soon!

Stayed at villa anna in September 2017. There were spiders in the main bedroom bath that had eaten lots of insects. Around the sink basins, there was dust. In the kitchen there was a gap across the whole of the back door allowing every little critter access to the kitchen. The floors were dusty (from all the dust blowing in through the gap in the door, I presume) and to top it off, the pool was full of dead mosquitos floating around and debris on the floor of the pool. The welcome pack said that the pool had been cleaned before our arrival but based on what we saw, it had been more than several days since the pool was clean. The management company did clean up the following day but we lost two days of enjoyment due to the stress.

I can thoroughly recommend Susanne and her team at Elite Villa Management, who have looked after my house and pool since I bought it in 2014. They have been reliable, thorough, honest and efficient in all aspects of the villa management - housekeeping ,pool cleaning, repairs, etc - as well as willing to help me out with any queries or general problems, and all of this with a smile 🙂
