Overall would not recommend. They installed gutter downspouts which diverted water away from my house, and cleaned gutters. Gave good advice on water issues. However, other work was not done well/not done at all. Paid to have hanging gutters fixed and mortar repaired, which they failed to do. They caulked leaky skylights but did not clean out old caulk. Seals are a mess, and still leaking. Had to pay other companies to fix this shoddy work.

Torn on writing this because I know reviews like this affect business and I am not one to do that unless my experience is particularly poor. In short, invested a substantial amount of money across three separate projects ranging from 2-3 years ago and overall have been very disappointed in the work. Communication was great early on but quality of work is quite poor (except masonry work which was done quite well). Fence gates do not close without significant effort, front lawn installation literally needed to be redone by another company (person commented on how poor a job was done), another landscape company came out to raise one of the trees that was planted because it was not level (they stated that the tree would have died because it would be submerged in water for days after a rain), waited nearly one year to have them come back to install the railing to our front steps, the railing installation actually led to an issue with the lighting on the front steps which is now going on about a year of being an issue with promises to come out and fix but it has still not been completed (had electricians come out providing similar feedback that the other landscape company did). There is no doubt there is skill in the work but it seems that they are perhaps too busy and rush and do not listen to customers or care enough to prioritize customer satisfaction after they have been paid. It has been tiring to deal with over the last 1.5 years or so...

THANK YOU Exterior Design Landscaping and Construction for our brand new beautiful patio! The entire experience was incredibly professional and the execution was extremely impressive. The owner Pete was there every step of the way, and we can’t thank him enough for his knowledge, experience, confidence and overall great attitude. His Team was equally impressive. Their work ethic, skills, teamwork, attention to quality and detail was awesome to see. Pete and his team undoubtedly take pride in the work they do. Customer experience and satisfaction is clearly very important to them. We are so happy we chose Exterior Design Landscaping and Construction and HIGHLY recommend them without any reservation.

I would love to leave review base only my todays road experience. Unfortunately there I only experienced their lack of driving courtesy and common sense as they went on red on busy intersection, turned and cut me. I’m glad I was able to read all the company info of your truck, and share with others this experience.
