UPDATE! After some hard work it was determined my old unit was not fixable and we made the decision to replace it completely. We couldn’t be happier with the ease of the process. New units were installed today with old rotting wood replaced and everything is working as it should. FL-Air made what is typically a stressful process so stress free from start to finish!!

We got multiple quotes from companies for our new HVAC system last year. FL-Air Heating and Cooling not only gave us the best quote, but was very transparent concerning which system would be the best for our home. They were extremely efficient in installation, and servicing. I had a servicing scheduled for this morning, and I had to change my appointment time slightly due to an emergency, and they accommodated me right away. Everyone there is professional, communicative, courteous and honest. I am so glad we went with this company!

Great service! I called because one of my ac units wasn’t working. FL Heating and AC were able to get a tech out within a few hours. Brandon was very thorough in providing maintenance to both units and was able to diagnosis issues we hadn’t quite realized yet having just moved in. Glad we could get them addressed before we were without ac for any length of time as the weather is warming up quickly.

I am very impressed with the service I received from FL-Air Heating & Cooling. Coral did a fantastic job getting me on their schedule. Alvino McGee was very competent. He fixed the problem and got the unit working again. He was also very knowledgeable about the type of AC unit that I have and he spent considerable time helping me understand the problem and things I may do to help prevent future problems. Overall excellent experience.
