A recently renovated family restaurant with a personality like you've known them for a while. Although it is a petite dining area, it packs a ton of love and deliciousness. My experience included a penne dish with chicken, sausage, peppers and mushrooms (wine garlic sauce) as well as stuffed shells. Dessert was gelato, dough balls, dough balls and more dough balls, 3 dipping sauces and still enough to bring home.

At 12:04PM we placed an order for a party size pizza. We were told 25 minutes . We returned 25 minutes later. We were told another 15 minutes. We were told two additional times that more time was needed. This restaurant was not busy. 5 cars in parking lot. There could not have been another take out order as we placed our order at 12:04. Total wait time was 1 1/4+hours for a greasy pizza. Never again. Take out service at this restaurant is horribly lacking and inefficient. No satisfactory explanation given. First and last time at this very slow disgusting 🤮 restaurant. Management should be made aware that you do not tell a customer 20-25 minutes for a pick up and then take over 1 1/4+hours to complete this order.
It appears , after reading your customer comments, I am definitely not the first customer to complain about your greatly lacking take out service. No apologies, no small amenity suggested or given. Back to Suffield Pizza and Family Restaurant.

We went out for pizza but Dine-in service is limited to personal pizzas.The chicken parmesan grinder contained chicken strips and sausage, the latter being boiled, and approximately one and a half links. I would not recommend the grinders. While the entrees appeared appetizing, they were relatively expensive.

Disappointing-First time I ever gave a 1 star review - if I could give a negative I would-Poor customer service- order was wrong- owner insisted order was correct, when was the customer wrong? I asked for 1/2 refund for a large pizza because the 1/2 that should have had extra cheese did not! The funny thing is the pizza was $40 and I asked for $20!- not even a full refund. Owner would not admit he was wrong! Then he wanted me to return the pizza- like I would lie over $20? I threw it out - it was inedible. Does this look like extra cheese? All my corporate luncheons, family Christmas dinners and every Friday night pizza business will be going elsewhere- Bad business and poor customer service - Do not recommend- Regards, Former Customer

One of the most legit Chicken Parm grinders you will find in the area. Huge too! Can't speak to eating there yet, as I have only take to-go, but assume it's great too.

We have been going here on a regular basis for over 3 years. On October 12th they messed up our take out order. We live deep in Enfield near the Mass line we weren’t going back to have food remade so the “manager” we talked to when I had called told us she would write our name down for our meals to be remade for another day. Well… we go to order today and no one wrote our name down and the owner Johnny refused to remake our food and insinuated we were looking for free food. After some back and forth he begrudgingly said he would do one meal remake. Although it was not what was originally offered we reluctantly said yes. Upon picking up our food it was further discussed how disappointed we were and he gave us our two meals for no charge. It should not have been such an argument or belittling situation of owner vs customer. It was a very frustrating experience. Especially because even the remake of our food was messed up. Chicken was missing in our Alfredo and we were given pasta with sauce when it was supposed to be just linguine for our chicken francese. Overall very upsetting because we enjoyed their food for years with no complaints until now

Fresh, hot, 'clean' food, served promptly. I could tell it wasn't food made days before, then reheated to serve. Everyone there was polite and cheerful. It was like going back in time before COVID! LOL!
