Very honest and reasonable pricing in my opinion. I used Gonzo to install my ductless split units. Wilfredo was extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining everything and answering questions. Also, I called them with an issue I had with my boiler one morning. Turned out it was a simple setting that needed to be changed on the control panel. Wilfredo was kind enough to stop by my house on the way to his next job to do it for me free of charge, since all it involved was pressing a button on the panel. I’m very pleased with my new split units & the attention to detail. Hannah who handles calls/scheduling was very kind, which I’m sure is not an easy position when dealing with the public. The rest of the techs were great. All around good people. Best experience with a company relating to my home. Strongly recommend!

Wilfredo came over my house to make a few necessary repairs to my boiler and hot water heater. He traveled over 45 minutes to come and fix the issues I was having. Wilfredo is more than professional, he is a master at the trade. Educated me a bunch on the system. All around great experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to call him for any of your HVAC needs.

Will was professional and helpful. Both Hannah and Will communicated well with us throughout the entire process. Will offered to help deliver heaters to our home while we waited for repairs to be completed. Stand up guy!! All in all, great work done, at a reasonable price. Very impressed with Gozo Heating and Cooling. Telephone communication was pleasant and return messaging was extremely prompt and precise. When the technician showed up to assess the problem he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained the problem and the options available to repair it. He was not rushed and took the time to make sure I understood.

I had an amazing experience with this company! My furnace stopped working on a Thursday night, around 10pm, in December, with a 6 month old in the house! I placed an emergency call to Gonzo Heating and Cooling LLC, they were so understanding of my situation, so kind and reassuring when I was freaking out! Wilfredo, their HVAC technician, was at my home within an hour! He quickly diagnosed the problem, went all the way back to the shop to get the correct part that was needed, came back, and replaced the defective part in no time! He totally went above and beyond to make sure my family had heat and hot water! I am so thankful to Gonzo Heating and Cooling LLC for their professionalism and fantastic customer support! From the initial phone call to the service they provided, I am beyond satisfied and grateful to this outstanding company!
