From the beginning Gorgis was quick to respond and answer any questions I had about a mini-split system. Gave me a quote over Yelp-- no need to come to the house. When I did have them look at the job site they did not try to upsell me or change the price that was quoted. I loved that!

I hired them to install two mini-splits. They communicated with me from the beginning about where they were thinking about installing and how they were going to install to see if I was good with that. After installation they went over how to operate the systems and ensure that I was happy with everything.

I highly recommend Gorgis Air Conditioning and Heating. I was first introduced to this company by a friend who had interviewed five different companies about mini splits. He chose Gorgis and was happy with their service, product, and price. I then referred my sister and her husband to Gorgis AC&H. Last month, Gorgis AC&H Installed a mini split system for them, including a condenser and three indoor units. They also were very satisfied with the service, equipment, and price.

So I called Gorgis to set up an estimate. The next day, Najah G., Senior Technician, came to our house and walked us through our options. An hour later, I called him and told him what we wanted. And the next day, we had a quality single zone system installed at a great price. Goodbye 30-year-old gas furnace with dusty ducts!

Mr. Gorgis was insistent about making sure we were happy with the installation parameters. He and technician Momtaz worked smoothly and diligently, answering all questions as they went, and asking for our input regarding which installation choices best fit our needs. Both men were very kind, considerate, and, as far as I could tell, knowledgeable and skilled. They cleaned up so well, you wouldn’t know they’d been here.

He went above and beyond to help my mom that doesn't speak English very well. They ordered the Noritz water heater we preferred and came as soon as it arrived. They replaced it quick and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend and will use their service again!
