Let me tell you how happy I am that I decided to hire Grass Monkey Landscaping for the lawn project at my home. The owner, Jacob Ireland listened intently when I described my vision of how I saw my property once the job was completed. He detailed a plan and provided me with a quote and continued to keep me apprised all through the work through completion. He was extremely attentive and communicated during the project. He was priced right compared to the other companies I contacted; not the cheapest but, not the most expensive either. I believe in the old adage that "you get what you pay for". I know I got my money's worth especially when I admire the completed project. Give him a call for your next job and you won't be disappointed.

This is the best lawn service I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few). He is an industrious young man who is building his business. He is reasonably priced, not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive by a long shot. I’ve had outrageous quotes from different services, unbelievably for about 20 min worth of work.
Grass monkey shows up when he’s supposed to. He cuts front and back, trims front and back, blows stray clippings off walk and drive, and blows the leaves off my deck. He avoided the freshly laid sod until it was established (a large patch in the back). We have just short of an acre, and he has not failed once.
Billing is easy, and he’s prompt with the bills which he uses a credit card on file. That may seem weird, but another company would “forget” several weeks, and I’d have to call them and bug them, but I’d still end up with 2, or three cuttings added to the next month. Another company refused to keep a card on file.
The final thing I’ll say is, we received a box with a Christmas gift, and a thank you note for customer loyalty. All I can say is, he does a great job, no complaints, and hiring him is a no brainer.

I called Friday night about a load of mulch, gave measurements of the area I was covering and Grass Monkey told me how much I would need to achieve my goal. We determined I would need roughly 2 yards of black mulch and they delivered first thing Saturday morning, when it was dumped in the area and spread out i realized that they took care of my and gave me more than 2 yards for a great price! Would definitely recommend

We called Grass Monkey and he came and gave us a quote right away, we agreed to it. We kept trying to get on his calendar but he hasn’t followed through, called back or done the job for over a month. Very frustrating communication. We hired someone else.
