First, I want to point out that my parents used this company and were very happy with the service. They were the ones to recommend them.

However, our experience was quite different. A lot of our complaints are minor, and some might say insignificant, but they add up to the point that we won't recommend them or use their services again.

The first issue was delivery. It was confirmed to be delivered on a Friday. A driver ended up quitting, which reasonably delayed said delivery. We had a skidsteer on rent for the weekend, which we ended up losing the deposit for.

The second delivery date was then forgotten about. Again, skidsteer issues... My significant other had to call and text multiple times to get a response. There is no answer all day. At that point, we wondered if we were even going to get the pit run. The owner finally contacted us at 9 pm the night of the second delivery date to say, "my bad."

They finally delivered on the third try, almost a week later, only to dump the 30 cubic yards where we couldn't get the bobcat or any equipment around it. Now we have to move it by hand 10-30 feet down into the hole we asked it to be delivered in... not happy at all.

There was lots of money put into this, and now there is lots of unintended labor. It doesn't help we were supposed to have this job completed by end of spring. It is now June and no work has been done.

Gravel boss was phenomenal. Extremely easy to place our order online and they promptly confirmed our order and the rocks we were requesting, and delivered quickly! Will definitely be ordering from them again. It is always nice to find a company with amazing -and responsive customer service.

Called GB to clear some snow for me. From start to finish the process was seamless. Work was completed the very next day. Great communication and it was all done remote. As much as I’d have preferred to shake the guys hand, I did not have to and that’s a nice option. Scheduling to payment done with a few messages.
