Paul and John are great. Communication is key for me and Paul is always prompt with his responses and patient. They squeezed me in their busy schedule to replace my 30 year old unit that broke during this brutal heat wave. The installation only took about 1.5 days and went very well. They showed up when they said they would and worked well with my electrician. I highly recommend them.

I just had Guy's heating and cooling put a mini split heating and cooling pump in my park model at Ashaway rv resort and I could not be more satisfied with the professional service that I received. I did not have to clean up the mess that is usually left behind by other contractors and he quoted a very competitive price. Paul and and his team did a fantastic job and Paul walked me through the entire system and answered all my questions that I asked. Extremely professional and responsive. We contacted via email and were immediately set up for inspection and quote very quickly. The installation was quick and precise. The team noted we had two infants and a dog at home, so they scheduled a time and all hands on deck to accommodate that with the least interruption to our daily living. We had a follow-up inquiry about our system and they immediately returned to answer our question, no questions asked. We highly recommend the company and team for any service.
