Cannot say enough good things about Heating & Air Conditioning New Haven. I called to inquire about having our boiler wiring tweaked so we'd be able to install wireless thermostats. We agreed on a time for the next day, he called in advance, showed up on time, did the thermo install and wiring mods, made a point of confirming that all worked as it should, and we were done. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience! My furnace wasn't heating half of the house. Called on a Sunday, Billy tried to walk me through some stuff over the phone but the problem required a visit. Todd arrived Monday morning, figured out the problem really quickly. Gave me a quick education on how boiler systems work (previous home had forced hot air). Replaced some.parts, was done in 2 hours and the house is now toasty warm. Thank you Todd and Billy!

Billy Carlson was not only the best value but was easy to work with and everything went seamlessly. Bill's entire team from Lisa in the office to the installers Roger and Kyrie, they were on time and stayed late and finished the job and cleaned up afterwards. They even helped me setup and showed me how to use the new WIFI thermostat they installed. If you are looking to have a new heat pump installed do not hesitate to use these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
