The info screen on my F 150 froze after updating several apps on my phone the night before. I called Ryan, my salesman, who said come on by and I will see what I can do. Ryan determined that this required the help of the technician that handles that kind of problem in service. They worked me in and solved my problem while I waited.
I cannot say enough nice about Ryan and the service person for helping me out. I would have been without radio, maps etc on a long drive the next day. Even though I bought the truck 6 months before, Ryan stood by the offer when I purchased the truck to call him anytime he could help! Great service and sales team.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cory L. At Ford Helfman service! Recently, I found myself in a tough spot with my trucks tail lights were stolen. Admist the stress, Cory‘s professionalism and kindness were beacon of light. He patiently answered all my questions and remained patient throughout the process. I dropped off my car on Thursday, May 2nd at 7:00 a.m. for an 8:49 appointment with no progress. Jason said they identified a leaking evaporator on Friday and needed to submit a claim to CarShield, requiring photos. Despite knowing this, you didn’t submit the photos until Monday because you said you needed to take the car apart again but it was the end of the day.

When I called on Monday to check the status with CarShield, they informed me that you hadn’t submitted the photos yet. Your explanation was that there wasn’t enough time on Friday. I gave you a few days, but when I followed up on Thursday, you said the issue was now the compressor and required additional repair approval. On May 10th, CarShield wouldn’t cover your $900 part, so they were sending a replacement.

The following Monday, I followed up again, and again on Tuesday, but you said the part never arrived as scheduled. I called CarShield on Wednesday to check on the part and was told it was delivered on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. to a J. Willis. Despite this, you didn’t work on my car on Wednesday, citing other priorities, and only got to it on Thursday, promising it would be ready by 4:30. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes, and you charged me an extra $136 for an air cabin filter we never discussed.

I was left without a car for a week beyond my rental period because you had no loaners. At the beginning of this process, you assured me you had experience dealing with CarShield, yet the delays suggested otherwise. Given the poor communication, extended two weeks repair time, and unexpected charges, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Especially because when I asked for an itemized billing nobody could truly tell me what the extra $136.24 was charged for when I only was supposed to have a $250 deductible.
