Hellas made an emergency service call on a Sunday. Saturday night the A/C failed. I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone at 11pm, she assessed the situation correctly, set up the service appointment for Sunday morning. The tech arrived, was professional and knowledgeable.

The commercial air condition unit in the church died. We called Hellas and two other companies to come and give us an estimate to replace the unit. During the call we made it clear that the we are in a hurry and we cannot open church nursery without air conditioning. I called them at 6 PM Wednesday and they showed up promptly next morning. I’m really thankful for how professional and timely they were. We will be using them again for sure.

Hellas designed and installed our HVAC system when our house was built in 2016, and we have been a client ever since, with a service contract. They are always responsive and understanding, especially if we have an issue. As an example, one of our AC condensers recently stopped blowing cold air on a Friday night. I called them on a Saturday morning, and within one hour a tech was at our house. Unfortunately, he determined that the unit had failed and needed to be replaced. By the following Wednesday morning, they had replaced the unit for us. Overall, great service.

I won’t let anyone else touch my HVAC system! I bought my townhouse 2 years ago and I’ve been using Hellas the entire time. They were recommend by the previous owner and I see why.
