My husband and I have a service contract with Heritage Oil, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The customer service is excellent. Everyone who has come out for deliveries and cleanings has been- not only professional, but also kind and patient. As new homeowners we had a lot of questions that the servicemen always took the time to answer.
We had a heat pump stop working in the middle of the night and Mark was at our door within the hour to check things out- at 2 AM!!

I have called the owner to get his opinion on some chimney work. Even though I know the chimney isn’t a part of our service contract he generously took the time to answer my questions, and was able to recommend a company for us. Which my husband and I really appreciated.

We made the decision to go with Heritage Oil on the recommendation of my Mother-in-law who worked for an oil company in the Wallingford CT area for 25 years. And we are very glad we listened to her.
