I had an excellent experience at Hoffman Honda getting my car’s recall service done, and I have to give a huge shoutout to David! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and efficient. He kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for him. Due to the inclement weather I had scheduled an appointment over the phone. The gentleman was thorough, efficient & professional. I thought I would simply have to drop the car off. In & out. This was not the case. Although there weren’t any customers visible there, I waited approximately 10-13 minutes. When someone finally approached me she stated that she had to do the intake over again because I had spoken to the call center & they don’t go by what they say. The employee walked past me several times without providing me with updates. I had to ask. 35-40 minutes later everything was addressed for me to drop my car off. The pick up was efficient & the price I was quoted was honored. If the call center intake is not acknowledged then they shouldn’t waste one’s time. It doesn’t make sense to me because it Demi is he’s work for the employees on site. Overall, the customer service on site was at best almost fair.

Somehow lost my post. Will start again. Jennifer has always been very professional and personable. Fortunate to have had Jenn has my service advisor for both my Honda's. The cars are ready in a reasonable amount of time . Matt as the technician also provided a clear video explanation of the cars maintenance status. Good dealer and the customer service people know how to do their job well. I have been taking my car for 11 years and they always take care of me well. I recently took my car for the time belt service and they did an excellent job. The service staff Kristina and Jennifer were the people who took good care of me. And I was able to meet the mechanic, a good person and the job well done without any problems. Thank you very much.
