We were happy to get a new Titan from Homer Saw and Cycle last year. On thing that I liked is that they don't watch the clock, I called well after business hours one day and they still took my call. Service has been great.

I LOVE Homer Saw & Cycle. There's not many small local businesses that can say they've been around for 30+ years. That in itself says a lot about the owners, Claire and Bob, and their amazing team. One team member has been with them pretty much the entire time! They are incredibly hard working and helpful. They are also huge supporters of our local non-profits! 👌

I posted a photo of my most recent purchase, Topo boots that are soooooo comfortable! The battery powered Stihl chainsaw in the photo is also from there. 🙂

To sum it up, I highly recommend HS&C for many things - ATVs, skis, awesome clothing, Stihl products, shoes/boots, outdoor accessories, and so much more. Just go already! 🥰 A++

I recently had a fantastic experience at Saw and Cycle, where I met Claire. Initially, I was enquiring about skate skis as it had been on my bucket list for over 15 years, but then I started asking about classical skis. Claire's wealth of knowledge, experience, and understanding of my goals was truly impressive. I replaced my old skis from 1991 with a set of Rossi's and got new boots to prevent hot spots (I'm tired of wearing bandaids with my old boots). I wanted to wait until I had tried out my new skis before writing a review, and I must say that the difference is night and day. I am enjoying skiing more than ever before, and it's all thanks to Claire's exceptional service. Thank you so much, Claire!

Great high end products and decent selection for size of store. Reason for the low score was the attitude of the saleslady. Abrasive is the closest word I can think of to describe her personality.
I liked the products but will not shop there again. There are other places to purchase items of same quality.
I just think if you are inviting the public in you should have some manners. Be nice.

I had to edit my review from five stars to two. If you’re dealing with Claire through email she’s fine, in person, she’s not so pleasant. Had to go in like three times and will definitely be taking my business other places moving forward. With service and personality like that, how are they not bankrupt? —- Some of the best service in Alaska if not the country! I have heard bad things about Homer Saw and Cycle for years and some not so great things, I finally had the opportunity to pick up a saw and some accessories and oh my goodness! You could not believe the attention to detail and the quality of service. Seriously if I would give them 10 stars I would. You would be hard-pressed to find better stock selection anywhere on the peninsula. I dealt with Claire and oh my goodness what a pleasure she is. — Unfortunately I do you have to edit this I have had the opportunity to go into the store a few times and was definitely not treated with the same respect as I was through email. Actually they were pretty short and rude.

I bought a 2020 Polaris Ranger 570 EFI at Homer Saw and Cycle in 2020. I live in Sand Point Alaska which is on a remote island in the Shumigins. I dealt with Claire, This was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I had the complete cab built on it, gun racks, cage on the back for loading up the bed. Every piece was put on correctly, no leaks, no issues. The service department did a great job. They sent me oil change kits. I dealt with them when I broke anything and they ordered it right away. They shipped this whole thing to me no problems. If I am ever in the market again I will never go anywhere else. Seriously if you are worried about customer service this is the place. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
