Pretty remarkable. After Saveway Petroleum was bought out, the level of service completely tanked. I had to call in numerous times even though everything was said to be automated. I called Hometown and they had an account established same day and a delivery the next all set up on auto delivery and auto payment. Other companies could learn from this. The account representatives are obviously well trained and knowledgeable and it was the definition of efficient. Well done, Hometown team!

We are New to Hometown Heating, some dear friends of ours highly recommended, and after dealing with for one day I’d do the same. We just moved into our new home and forgot to order oil, with freezing temps expected within the next 24 hours! Within a couple of hours they were able to have someone inspect our tank, and after approval put us on the high priority list with a same day delivery! It’s been a pleasure and a blessing to have them as our new heating fuel source, hometown heating to the rescue now are fully prepare to brave the frigid temps!! My tank was delivered when they said it would,the service tech was excellent,answered all my questions and left me confident that i picked the right company for my propane needs. I ordered oil on Thursday was told delivery would be Friday. I woke up this morning to a freezing cold house. Luckily have a fireplace and was supplement for a while today. Of course we thought they were going to make us wait until Monday, pick up diesel got the furnace primed and they delivered finally. But why make me wait all day. It's pretty cold out there.
