Exceptional work and professionalism. Tim and his company have a 5-star rating and all positive reviews for a reason. Our gas boiler stopped working at 2AM in the middle of winter. Tim was there later that morning, and we were up and running with a newly installed gas boiler in a day. All of our heating and cooling needs will be with this company. Highly recommended. This is a very belated review but I've been meaning to post it for weeks because I had such a positive experience. Hometown Heating installed a new A/C system and a heat pump for me this fall and they were FANTASTIC! I've had work done with a lot of HVAC companies in the Hartford area and these guys were hands down the best... by a factor of 1000. SO knowledgeable, so efficient and responsive, so professional, but probably most important, we could tell they were just really honest, hardworking guys. We had a lot of issues to address but they figured them all out. I can't recommend them highly enough. THANK YOU, Matt and ?Dave (or Dan?... I can't remember the name because it's been a few weeks but you were awesome too - sorry and thank you!)
