HWL Simsbury Paving Process and Chimney Reconstruction did a first class job getting our gas logs for our fireplace installed and working perfectly. Not only does it work well, it looks spectacular as special attention was taken to make it look realistic. We are very pleased with Chip who listened carefully to our needs and installed our logs exactly according to our needs and in a very timely manner. He was careful to make sure his work was done neatly and cleaned up after he was done. He was also very pleasant the entire time. We could not be happier with the end product.

Just finished up a bathroom remodel with HWL Simsbury Paving and so happy that we found them. We had a tiny little bathroom with plumbing issues and wanted to re-arrange part of the house to make it bigger (and fix the issues). The project took about 9 weeks and stayed within budget along the way. The sub-contractors and everyone we interacted with at HWL Simsbury Paving were friendly and professional. I do feel that we got lucky to have Kyla (Project Manager) and Joseph (Craftsman) on the team. Kyla was always quick on the phone to resolve issues. Joseph did most of the remodel work itself; demolition, framing, drywall, and finish work. Joseph's attention to detail -- especially the tiling -- is truly next level. Like all jobs, you always run into unexpected issues, but this job was surprisingly drama-free with only some minor stuff that was quickly resolved. I truly feel like HWL Simsbury Paving is an ethical and responsible company that takes pride in their work and making their customers happy. We have been recommending them to our friends and would not hesitate to call them again!

On the day of service, Levi and the team arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked efficiently. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, clear communication, and quality of work. If you need chimney inspection or chimney cleaning service, this is the team to call! The appointment was made the very next day after I called to inquire about their chimney services.The technician, Shawn, was thorough, professional and very, very clean. Not only were the chimney and spark cleaned, he did a complete chimney cleaning and chimney inspection of all of the internal parts of our wood stove, including the catalytic converter. I will certainly be using this service, and this company, again.
