If you need heating and cooling, this is the only company you need to call. After a house fire we have been dealing with many contractors and this one was a pleasure from the beginning. Garrett came out and quoted us a price substantially better than the others. Crissy was on the ball scheduling and keeping us updated. The guys they sent out (Robert and Mike) were a pleasure to have in my home for 5 days. Professional, clean, pleasant, quality service. Someone is running this company the right way!

Great experience having a heat pump/central air system set up. Garrett gave us 3 different estimates/options to choose from. Kyle Tom and Todd were all excellent with the install. Very professional and super nice! would highly recommend them if you need HVAC services.

Outstanding customer service. Here’s why I say that~ So, my combi boiler ceased heating the house and we had no hot water just as temps dipped into the teens AND it was a holiday weekend. Of course I was beside myself. Innovative had installed it, so naturally I called them. To make a long story short, the company who made the boiler had horrible service and provided approximately zero answers or help. Parts needed found and ordered overnight. Chrissy was super responsive and really assertive with finding these parts and getting them quickly. Innovative did dedicate a lot of time and effort to get my system up and running~ It was a complicated situation. But, the technicians worked really hard on it and Chrissy was very good at managing me, a disgruntled customer, lol. I give them many stars!
