James has been so easy to work with throughout the entire process of our project. We have had significant drainage issues in our driveway, garage and yard, and James proposed a solution to fix our problems. The crew worked efficiently and carefully, getting our project done in less than a full day. James's price was competitive and fair for the work that was done. Also happy to say that after getting 3+ inches of rain in a 24 hour period, we have zero standing water! Sharing some before and after photos below. Highly recommend James and his team!

Two years ago, as I was searching for new mowing/plowing services, multiple companies refused the job, due to the pitch of my long, steep driveway. But then I found Innovative Lawn. Owner Jim Doyle came out the following day to take a look, and said his company could handle it. That was 2 winters ago. He and his crew, who also handle my lawn care, are the text book definition of top shelf service. Professional and competent on all levels, they keep my driveway safe and passable ALL WINTER!! They handle all winter weather conditions like the pros that they are. A recent ice storm left everyone’s driveway a sheet of ice the following morning. Jim had it cleared and safe to drive on by early afternoon. They do a similar stellar job with the lawn care as well. I couldn’t appreciate them more, and recommend them without hesitation! When we purchased our severely neglected home we reached out to James and couldn't be happier. He and his team helped us not only design and execute multiple major projects, but he created a long term plan to do them in an order that made sense and was the most cost effective. His communication was excellent, as was his patience in taking the time keep me updated on next steps.

It's rare to find a contractor that can deliver within budget and one time, and even do more than expected. He and his team have done that consistently.

Innovative went above and beyond for our daughters pre-school. Not only was James quick to respond and eager to help. Him and his team brought to life our schools vision of an outdoor playground. This may be a little long winded so I apologize in advance, but I believe it's a great story and I would like to share it. My wife & I bought our first house last September and the yard was covered in trees (16 to be taken down). That was phase one. Phase two: Removing the stumps and grading the yard. I reached out to Innovative Lawn & Landscapes to see if they were interested in the huge undertaking and James was obliged. James contracted the whole process with great communication which instilled complete faith in his company. James kept me up to date with phone calls and text messages on when they would start, and when they expected to finish. James coordinated when to have dumpsters delivered for the stump removals, pulled all the stumps cleanly and his crew cleaned up after themselves, and the biggest feat of them all, coordinated the removal of 2000 yards of fill. I will always rave about this company and what they did for me in assisting with the creation of my dream yard. I got to witness firsthand the excellent workmanship from James and his crew. They had impeccable teamwork with removing very large pine trees, one being enormous. They also did a fantastic job trimming multiple forsythia bushes leaving every place in the yard completely cleaned up with no debris. Highly recommend this company with their competitive prices and outstanding service!

Starting with the communication I had back and forth with Crystal in the office was quickly responded to. James ( the owner ) confirmed our delivery time the night before. Right up to the very professional driver ( Austin ) who not only showed up ahead of schedule but offered to help me move a planter to make delivery... Equipment is tip top shape . Customer service was outstanding. 2 chord of firewood good looking material..also reasonably priced.. very satisfied, highly recommend...

I want to start off with communication as James was amazing at communicating the entire process, changes to the schedule due to weather, and any changes to the scope of work. I can say I have high expectations but the work of Innovative Lawn & Landscape far exceeded any of my expectations! I would definitely recommend James and his entire crew.
