Nothing but good things to say about J Gasper HVAC. Have enjoyed conversations with the owner Jim about furnace operation, troubleshooting, and oil tank measurement technology insights. When we have had the oil tank unexpectedly run dry in winter due to gunk build up and the gauge level reading erroneously high, a technician came out within hours to clean it out and then add some fuel. Replaced our oil burner with a quality Beckett within an hour. Always fair prices and honest, professional assessments. Appreciate the fact that it is a family company - wife does the office work, son is a technician.

When I moved to Torrington I chose J Gasper based on limited reviews; hopefully this review helps others new to town make a sound choice for their HVAC maintenance needs.

We’ve been using Gaspar for about 15 yrs. We recently moved into a different house and thankfully they were willing to come out to our new town to clean our furnace. John, the technician, did a very thorough job including cleaning the pipe to the chimney(which was dangerously clogged from not having been done in years). We also asked him to look into why our pipes/radiators were making a loud banging noise. Whatever he did, he resolved the issue as the system is now perfectly quiet. He was personable, professional and expertly answered all our questions. Gaspar was also the least expensive compared to quotes I got from other companies. Best service for best price!

Cant say enough good things about J. Gasper HVAC. Over the years they’ve done it all for us, new oil tank, new A/C installation, and most recently a new furnace. Always a great experience with satisfied results. Lucky we found their services when moving to town.

Mark Gaspar serviced our heating system. Mark did an excellent job. He was on time and accomplished his Service in just slightly over an hour. I asked him to show me what he did and he explained all the work he performed. Mark even cemented the duct to the Chimney. Very clean and professional work.

The lady that handles phone calls unprofessional. Takes a month for a diagnose. Then they tell me three weeks or more to fix it......and now out of hot water for a month....what the hell....this company is horrible with time management and rude in the office saying its not there problem........its not my house....are you serious. I'm so done with this company. The lady in the office again is horrible!!!

YOU HAVE BEEN TO MY HOUSE. I HAVE THE PHONE CALL RECORDED PLUS VIDEOS OF WHAT YOU GUYS DID AND RECEIPT. SO WHOS LYING NOW. I HAVE PROOF. like I said will never use your unprofessional business again

Woke up to no heat in the house. Called them around 7:45am and they were at my house at around 8:30am. Fast response, great service and great price for the fix. Very inexpensive. Would definitely recommend.
