I reached out to a number of contractors about a patio and Jerry's Pathways and Patios was prompt and responsive when scheduling a quote and establishing a timeline for the project. Jerry and his crew got started ahead of schedule and completed the project much earlier than anticipated. The patio design improved the use of space and transformed our backyard into a warm and inviting hang out for friends and family.

Throughout the entire process, Jerry was professional, courteous, and communicative. Jerry is enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about the work he does. He did an excellent job of explaining every step of the process to us and he always took the time to answer our questions. Jerry and his team clearly take tremendous pride in their work; we can see this in the attention to detail and high quality of our new patio. I cannot begin to express how wonderful Jerry at Jerry’s Pathways and Patios is! My husband and I were looking to have a patio installed under our deck. We don’t have a big backyard, but we wanted to take some unused space and create an area where we could sit and watch our daughter play. We did some google searching and we found Jerry. He set up an appointment to come out and chat and give us a quote. From start to finish, his communication, professionalism, and passion for what he does is amazing. He spoke to me and my husband in a way that we felt like we were being heard. He also explained the process and reasons for why he was doing things. He put us at complete ease. Even with the rain, Jerry and his team completed our patio a day ahead of schedule. Our patio is beautiful and is a perfect addition to our home. If you are looking to have a patio added to your home, Jerry is the person to complete that project!
