Super communicative, great price, fast service. Cant ask for more. I live in NJ and needed a forklift from MA. They were able to pick it up and bring it down the very next day. Highly recommend

A few days ago, I had the misfortune of sharing the road with JRC.
I was following another 18 wheeler as we entered I-95 while coming from the truck stop in Milford when the JRC truck driver began tailgating me and then went into some sort of road rage as he layed on his/her horn. I had nowhere to go and I am not one to tailgate.
Once on the highway, the truck eventually blew by me only to ride up the next car’s tailpipe until eventually whipping past them on the right, continuing his/her over aggressive driving.
Who weaves in and out of traffic in a big truck? JRC, that’s who.
You’re driving an 18 wheeler, not a Honda Civic. Where is the professionalism?
When you eventually injure or kill somebody, it should not be considered an accident…
This driver clearly lacked manners and maturity.
Please teach/remind your drivers to follow at a safe distance and act like civilized human beings.
Perhaps a driver’s training/re-education program is in order…

Very Sad with this team, We booked a Load, we asked if the pieces could potentially break our tarps and they said no. Once on site when the driver saw the load, we called them to let them know that for sure this load was going to damage our tarps and that the shipper and receiver where telling drivers it was not necessary to Tarp, they still asked us to tarp , which led to our new Tarps to break and we asked them to compensate us for the damage tarps, they told us to send them a quote for the cost and never answered us again. Very Unprofessional.

I worked for JRC Transportation inc for 18 months. It's a poxy scam. They lease me a 2015 freightliner with 700,000. They told me it had a warranty on it. My first 2 weeks I had to keep regenerating my truck everyday for 5 months before they brought it in the shop. The damage was $12,000 after you told me it was DOT ready. Straight lie. I'm not going to get into 20 more stories I have. I would recommend you stay away from this company. You will never get ahead.

They said they could keep me busy in state temporary til I got my portion plate. They couldn’t do that lack of work or a lot of dead heading, and when you do work it’s deliver in morning sit all day and reload in evening 🤦‍♂️. They kept my escrow money for trailer rent for week because lack of work that’s expensive trailer rental week . Money is still owed to me from my escrow but that’s ok. That’s how companies like this make there money. It’s all about them.

One of the most rude and unprofessional drivers i have ever seen. The driver was blocking entrance and exit from a road, i asked him politely if he can move he refused and on top of that start yelling on me and he even wanted to him me. Needed to escalate the situation and called police because i didnt want to be involved in anything with this lowlife no clue truck driver

I'm just sharing my experience, others may have had a better experience. I wanted to do the lease purchase program. I asked for a rental car to get there. I was told they didn't do that any longer, and if I provided my own they would require me to log the driving time. I flew from TX to CT, and safety still logged my flying time. The airport was approximately 45 min to an hour from the hotel. The options were pay for an Uber, $150, weekend rate, or rent a car. I rented a car. At the hotel I was required to pay for my stay upfront, unlike most companies that pay for it and take it out of your settlements in payments. The hotel charged an additional $12 a day for parking, no where else to park. Good I got the rental, because you are responsible for your own transportation from the hotel to the terminal about 15 mins away, about $40 by Uber. I reserved a 2020 Cascadia prior to arrival, but was told they made a mistake and all they had were 2017s and older for the same weekly terms/payments they quoted for the 2020. They use EFS fuel cards, but not as a credit and take it from your settlements. When you are dispatched, they put 40% of your 85% that the load pays on your fuel card as an advance. The problem is JRC charges you $12 for putting the $$ on the card, and EFS charges you a fee for getting the $$ off the card. Most companies give you a 2 week grace period before you start making truck payments, and at least a 1/2 a tank of fuel. JRC gives you 50 gallons, unless your lucky to get a truck that has more, and all deductions start on day 1. If you have your own truck/securement they may work for you, but the lease purchase program is a joke, in my opinion. They require a DOT inspection every 4 months and you have to do it at there shop, FL or CT, but they don't give any sort of discount. If you rent a trailer from them, and you happen to pick up a nail/screw, you have to pay for the repair. If it requires replacing the tire, you have to purchase a virgin tire, no recaps. Per another driver I was in orientation with, even if you run 1-5 mph over the posted speed limit, you will receive a call from safety. This is my personal experience, not what I heard, or was told, except for the speeding part. Probably needless to say I didn't stay!! Also, the 2017 truck showed it only had 13,620 miles on it?
