Kevin was amazing. We needed to have our outdoor stairs replaced. We were working on this project for over a year getting permits and contacting two companies that were referred to us. We are new to the area. These two companies looked at the job, led us to believe they could do the job, and then never returned calls for a quote. We were about to give up until next year when we were given Kevin's name. We called on a Friday night, he called us back on Saturday. He came right out, said he could start the job the last week of October, three weeks from our original meeting, and he did. He completed the job earlier than anticipated and did an unbelievable job, very professional. Our stairs look incredible. We had another problem with our existing stone patio. Four stones were lifted and thrown during a storm. Kevin came right over and fixed the problem. He does what he says. We highly recommend Braza Construction.

Keven and his team makes sure the job is done beyond your specifications. They care about their work and it shows. We met and discussed the plan and we continued to coordinate whenever there was a decision point. Kevin and his team were punctual, professional, friendly, and always left a clean job site. The finished product was spot on. I will be using them for future work. I will be recommending them to anyone who wants foundation and concrete work done the right way.

Kevin never ceases to amaze me!
Whatever we need he delivers on-time, clean and professionally. His hands on approach and knowledge has been spot on and consistent for many years and he’s my go to source for dumpsters, trash removal and is my go to for all work construction.

Do not use this company my home is only 14 years old and septic system he put in failed!! Big project under way! What a mess! New company has nothing good to say about previous job done mistakes all over! Don’t use Braza to do any work!

Kevin Braza has been our life saver. He demolished our historic property with respect for the building, property, and neighbors. He was able to save historic beams and granite from the building. He was extremely thorough with the concrete piers and slab work. He worked clean and his employees are respectful and knowledgeable. We have no complaints at all - only praise.

Seawall Repair & Reinforcement:
It was very unfortunate to discover I needed significant repair and reinforcement to my seawall. It was extremely fortunate that I was referred to K.E. Braza Construction. Kevin Braza was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He assessed the situation and presented a thoughtful proposal to address the issues.
That's often the easy part. Having the job done, with care, skill, and convenience is the challenge. Kevin and his large and skilled crew came through in every way eliminating any concern and stress, and leaving me with a seawall certain to to face the challenges of nature.
I strongly recommend K.E Braza Construction for any project within their area of expertise.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I did not have good experience with the company. Kevin, the owner backfilled the foundation wall without calling for inspection. It cost me, the home owner, additional thousands of dollars and months of time to fix the situation with the Inspector. He also left big chunk of work unfinished, such as retaining walls and footing for front door steps, excavation and laying the utility conduit, the cracked basement floor, the sum pump in the basement. He promised he would comeback to finish all above in the past spring. After countless of phone calls and text messages ended up without one word from him. He never responded and never come back.

We worked with Kevin and his crew his equipment is top notch his 22yrs of experience in construction gave us the confidence to build a seawall that stood up to Sandy and other storms. His work and his work ethics are as strong as the walls they build..they are the best in the business hands down
