We had a no water emergency and needed help on July 3rd in RI. Dave and Sierra came out to troubleshoot the issue and discovered we needed new pump and pipe. They walked us through everything and did the install quickly to get our water back! They were both very professional and answered all our questions. Earl is still the "point man," which is always comforting to know they retain employees. The first visit revealed more than we thought, and they took care of those issues. Woke up without water one morning. Checked the basics, and finding nothing obvious I called La Framboise. They came out, found all the problems with my system, and then they changed everything that was needed in a professional and timely manner, getting us back to normal in short order. Nate, Sierra, and Chris were the technicians. All were courteous, knowledgeable, and hard workers. I was impressed with them. Eric, my contact in the office, made sure I got very good pricing. It’s satisfying to know there are conscientious people and good companies when you need them.

Had my well pump go during the crazy storm yesterday evening on 9/26/22. Called next morning 9/27/22 at 9am and spoke with Chris the technician. Explained what happened and he said he would be here in two hours. He actually arrived early. Chris was very informative, friendly, and really knew his trade. He installed a new replacement pump and just like that we have water again. All completed before 12pm. Thank you so much Chris! I called this company because I thought my pump had failed. They are so professional and "honest". Instead of a $2000.00 bill I only paid $311.
I wouldn't have known if the pump was still good. I thought it had failed. If they had told me they were replacing the pump I wouldn't have known any better. WOULD NEVER HESITATE TO RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 months on my pump did fail and remarkably this company wasted no time to get to my house and install a new pump even though they had other jobs scheduled! Davie T. and Nate were incredible.... They worked hard and installed a new pump. My delight in seeing water running from my kitchen faucet and that I had much better water pressure was "over the top". I recommend them with confidence to anyone who finds themselves in my predicament! They are awesome!

Worst company ever! They installed a well at my brand new home. After bringing in several specialists it was determined there was a small leak in the well pump. Doubting my findings they claimed they could not find a leak. They came out twice and supposedly “fixed” the leak. They were suppose to also replace a broken filter for which they installed. They never came back. 2 months later my well was providing an extreme sulfur smell once again I called the water company that installed my filtration system and they again came out and found the leak was indeed NOT fixed. Now I have to have another company both fix there mistakes but also replace there filter. This is now costing me 1k to fix there mistakes. Worst company EVER I would never recommend them. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
