In our interactions with these individuals, we were met with an unwavering kindness and a diligent effort to cater to our every need and desire, a testament to their professionalism and humanity. Alas, due to the constraints of our domestic situation, we found ourselves regrettably unable to proceed with our intended construction. Yet, even as we announced our need to indefinitely suspend our plans, their graciousness did not waver; they remained as courteous and understanding as ever. It is without a shred of hesitation that I extend my highest commendation for their services—a recommendation I do not issue lightly.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Andrew LaRoche Builders, Stafford Springs.
We were one of many homes in Connecticut afflicted with a crumbling foundation. Thanks to an excellent contractor and a warm winter our house was raised and put back down ahead of schedule. We live out of state and our goal was to get our home ready for resale. Carpentry, exterior and interior painting, garage taped and repainted, a large 3 panel French door replaced, sliders replaced in our walkout basement and updating on plumbing and electrical would have been extremely challenging to manage long distance. LaRoche Builders took care of everything from start to finish and provided frequent updates by phone and with pictures. Having a crumbling basement is a nightmare. He made it as easy as possible accommodating our dates, etc.

We hired this contractor to replace our foundation during the upcoming spring season. In the meantime, we wanted to replace our roof so that we have that out of the way before spring construction begins. The roofing crew were hard workers, personable and professional at every step. They took special care not to disrupt shrubs and flowers. They always left the job site clean and picked up, which is not always the case with other roofing contractors. We selected LaRoche Builders from a number of CSFIC authorized contractors to complete our foundation replacement project. We chose LaRoche based on the stellar reputation that Andrew LaRoche has in the building industry. Our job required excavation, demolition, and replacement of the crumbling foundation, removal and reinstallation of all utilities, the addition of a 14 X 16 sunroom and finished grading of the property. Andrew was always available to answer our questions and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the work. His skilled craftsmen were conscientious and hard-working.
