So happy! Jennae offered an amazing massage- we discussed my needs before starting (I’m in PT for shoulder and neck issues), and she was really communicative about the massage plan and what she was specifically targeting. She has the ability to give good, deep pressure and really worked into my problem areas. She helped a number of muscles release and relax, which has been so helpful in my healing. Her knowledge of the body and anatomy really shine through in both her techniques and conversation afterwards. She also gave me a couple stretches to try to continue the work. I truly felt so blissed out during the entire thing- highly recommend for either relaxation or therapeutic work!!! Thanks Jennae, I’ll be back soon!

Jennae is a wonderful massage therapist; It is rare to find somebody who's touch feels so comfortable and intuitive. Not only is she skilled at the technical motions, but her general enthusiasm and passion for healing and massage therapy is catching. Her space is relaxing and warm, plants and soft lighting all around, and I walked out feeling light and refreshed. She managed to release some unrecognized tension in my legs that I didn't even realize was there. I've had two massages so far, and am eagerly anticipating my next appt. Like many of us, I have some longstanding neck, head, and upper-back issues that often lead to vertigo and very distracting discomfort. After our initial conversation, Jennae offered to do a massage that focused mostly on these areas (instead of the more standard ones I have had in the past) and I was super impressed by how much she was able to help me in just one session! Some people just seem to have a natural tactile instinct -- I have never felt more relaxed during a massage/PT situation, or more restored afterward! It was also fascinating to nerd out with her about the details of all the different muscles and tendons etc. that she was working on. 5 stars!

Jennae provided a very welcoming and comfortable environment. She was very knowledgeable about the anatomy of my problem area and also went the extra mile to check on me days later and give suggestions on stretches etc. I found 1 session to be more helpful and targeted than several weeks of pt. Highly recommend.
