From the very moment I walked in that door. It felt really wonderful to not just feel like a money bag. I’ve been having my car serviced here since I purchased a few years ago. Almost all the time the service techs are wonderful, friendly and me updated as to the progress of my vehicle. This past week was no exception. Dante was friendly and comforting from the moment I walked in - my heat and defrost decided to quit on the colder days of the year. He listened to my concerns and explained the process well. Throughout the day he and the mechanics kept me updated and upon finding out it would take a couple of days, immediately got me settled with a rental. I am just so happy with the service I received and Dante is a very exceptional team member!!

My Tucson was due for an oil change & its 8,000-mile checkup. They noticed, when I checked in, that the inspection was up at the end of the month and offered to take care of that as well. I was told it would take 1 ½ - 2 hrs, which I knew ahead of time, and I had brought my laptop to work while I waited. It was finished in less than 90 minutes! Quick, painless, affordable (all services & inspections are covered - except emissions - for 36,000 miles or 3 years, and I'm still well in that window).
