Bought the generator at Les and by the time I got at home, the power was already turned on, called and asked if I can bring it in for a refund. It was still in the box that I had the receipt and they said that I could not return it. It was the owners discretion not to return it. They didn’t even offer me that I could trade it for something else that I could use, they just told me no I see generators being used on construction sites RVs and I don’t understand how this could be an isolated item just for storms only but I was still not offered anything in exchange. Nobody informed me when I bought it that I could not return it there was no signs there were nothing advertising that this could not be returned.

My husband was referred by one of our offices maintenance men to go to you to purchase a generator during Hurricane Milton. We purchased it of course our power went out, we opened put the wheels on and put gas in the tank and with the correct extension cords per the manual the BRAND NEW generator would not power our refrigerator but for 5-7 mins a time then trip out breaker. My husband who is handy for hours tried to get it function correctly. My uncle never lost power brought us his generator and it powered up perfectly and ran all we needed (2 refrigerators, lights, tv) just fine. We basically bought a lemon and when we brought it back to you next day wouldn’t issue a refund said had to have the manufacturer to fix it. Its been a MONTH now and we still have no refund no working generator.
My husband who is a property manager in Pinellas County has many contacts in our area. He would NEVER refer anyone to purchase from you ever. We are a small business as well but if a customer deserved a refund we would go out of our way to accommodate that. This is unacceptable business. We should have waited for Lowes or Home Depot!

I had to visit LESS of tampa bay TWICE after Hurricane milton left me with pretty heavy tree damage and no power for 5 days.

I had a chainsaw issue for my first visit with the quick start on my Husqvarna. Being a smaller issue, they were able to quickly take my chainsaw and fix it upon my vist. I waited maybe a total of 30 minutes for them to diagnose, repair, and get the saw back to me in working condition. I was able to clear the dangerous trees that milton left behind in my yard, fence, and home.

The second time was only a day later. My generator had its pull cord spring break. I have had to fix my pull cord a few times just from dry rot (FL humidity for you), but this time it was something out of my ability. Again, LESS took it from me when I walked in and had it repaired within 20 minutes. I was expecting to have to leave the part there, but with their good work, my generator was back up and running within an hour - preventing all food from spoiling and comfort to sleep at night with the window AC..

Will definitely return for any other repairs I may need.

Excellent selection of zero turn mowers. I was not impressed with the staff and their ability to provide accurate answers. Example, I asked about the price of a mower that I was sitting on and was given a price. Back at the counter I was told the price was $100 or $200 more. Same thing happened on a 2nd model

I quickly became uncomfortable as if I can’t get a straight answer on price, how can I trust anything else I am told

The showroom is NOT air conditioned. It’s a very hot place to shop.

I went elsewhere and bought a similar priced mower from a dealer that provided straight answers and never made me feel uncomfortable.
