Greg Palm is one of my two go to service representatives at Lia Honda and a main reason that I go back for service. Greg should get 5 stars but giving 4 stars because the repair technician did not reset my fuel gauge or check on before returning the vehicle. This had to do with fuel pump recall on the Pilot. I would have expected the repair tech to have this part of his checklist upon returning the Pilot not for me to check and then return for the repair. Greg was excellent as he had the Pilot right back in and done within 35 minutes as promised.

I had my first experience at Lia after having emergency service. That was my first taste of the company's responsiveness, urgency, and excellent customer service. For my regularly scheduled oil change and transmission flush, my first choice was Lia of Enfield. Greg Palm was cordial and answered all of my questions. The service was completed much faster than expected. You also cannot beat the dealership's great coupons and lower service costs from other Honda dealerships in the area. It is worth the extra drive!

I had my 2017 Honda Accord in for a routine Oil Change and Andy Medina took very good care of us. He was courteous got me in and out and didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I did not need. I recommend Lia Honda of Enfield for all routine maintenance.

My experience was outstanding. Technician Jesse Robles poured over my car's service with a fine tooth comb! Consequently, a LOT more maintenance was need than just what the service code said. ( had been taking my car to another dealership)
Naturally, it was going to be expensive.
But, Jesse explained everything. I was given detailed explanations of what was needed and why. I was shown pictures. The level of thoroughness was above and beyond. I completely trusted that they were doing what needed to be done for my safety and for the proper maintenance of the car.
Since I had a longer wait than anticipated, Jesse arranged to have me driven to the nearby mall and later picked up.
My experience was much more than I ever would have expected.
I would 100% recommend Lia Honda. Technician Jesse Robles is an outstanding member to the Lia Honda team. Many thanks.

I went to Lia Honda in Enfield to get my CRV-serviced since my "maintenance due soon" light came on. I needed an oil change and a few other things. Shia Hamilton in the service department checked me in and explained what service I needed and didn't need. He was very friendly and professional.

2 months ago I was shopping around for a car and went to several dealerships in the area. Have to say the service here was outstanding. No pressure from the salesperson, Mary took her time to show me several different cars that matched my criteria. Today I am here for my oil change, which was handled extremely professionally. Very clean waiting room and comfortable accommodations while I'm waiting for my oil change.
