Brett and his crew were quick to get out for our small exterior gas leak issue after the earthquake we had. He was able to identify issues that we had with improper flex hose placement between our buried line and the house as well as our shop. They fixed our leak, moved the house flex hose and installed a new one for our shop. Prompt friendly service! I run a small home service business too so I can recognize people that truly care about their work, Brett cares, give him a call!

Fantastic customer service!! Called regarding our furnace not working and spoke with Bret .With in an hour he was at my house diagnosing and was able to find and replace the parts that were needed in the most cost effective way and also answered all my questions in a polite , kind and courteous manor. Will definitely be calling for any future HVAC repairs needed.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Brett, his crew and the integrity of his company. We used Liberty a year ago when our on demand water froze up on Thanksgiving. They came out the next day and fixed it. No issues with the work done. They installed our hvac system in our new home and we called to set up maintenance work 3 times and never got a call back. My rating is based on customer service and not work quality.

Can’t believe that this place has gotten 5 stars!! People must’ve been or gotten paid to say this!!! Had a brand new house built by Patterson Home & Flooring (Brandon Patterson who I would not recommend either) who uses Brett and his crew for HVAC systems. After 7 months of not hearing back or even a show up from this business after leaving voicemails to fix the terrible workmanship (showers popping(no self leveling floor cement underneath), piping not secured for diverter valves (pull the valve in and out) and leaks in kitchen drain) seems like after getting their money nobody cares about warranty which is part of workmanship or lack there of! But Brett (Liberty Mechanical) and Brandon (PHF) both don’t seem to understand or care!!

*Review update 4/30/21***
After a discussion with Brett about the issues that we had with our new house construction I’m more than willing to give him a 5 star rating just for the fact that he was actually blindsided and didn’t realize what had happened or going on even though I had left voicemails ,but technology isn’t always reliable!!! I still would not recommend Patterson Home & Flooring for their lack in passing along additional information to Brett or they don’t care. Brett was more than happy to see what was the problems and either assist or do the repairs!! At least Brett will tell you instead of just pushing you aside and ignoring the facts! But since he was a subcontractor the MAIN responsibility is/was the contractor (PHF)!

Brett and his crew performed the mechanic inspection for the 4-plex I purchased in July. They allowed me to be present during the inspection and provided me great insight into my mechanical systems. They went above and beyond to make sure all issues with the property's mechanical system were addressed and they stood behind their work after I closed on the 4-plex. They were very responsive when I contacted them for service. I highly recommend Liberty Mechanical for your mechanical install and service needs.
