I have had the personal experience of volunteering there since my birthday in July of 2024 and I will say that they have some fair prices though some are a little high but usually only on higher end type items. The staff is friendly courteous and always wanting to help and let's admit everybody has days when they don't feel so friendly and happy a lot of good is done by this store and the church medical equipment like wheelchairs shower chairs and the like are donated to anybody who needs them completely free we do pick up and we do deliver but we have one truck and we are severely understaffed and have been since I started there a lot of items are not priced and it does seem like they make them up as they go but they're consistent books a dollar clothing a dollar fill a bag for $2 sometimes we do everything in store half off they've been running the same skeleton Crew since I started back in July of last year if you want to judge on them how about you volunteer a day or two and then judge the pasture and I will admit does not seem like he is a very well-rounded pasture but how do you define or describe a well-defined or proper pastor I have heard many people praise him for the good that he has done to them for them or for many of the people that they know completely free of charge yes we do seem to have a lot of people around there that are on drugs I don't know if they are or not and I do my best not to judge on them because I don't know but I do know that Jesus himself made it a point to go out and to preach and to help those that were downtrodden discriminated on drugs abused or just plain shunned by society for whatever reason he made it his personal mission to go out into minister to them particularly because of the status that society placed on them if they are then they need our help if they're not then we were wrong to have judged them wrongly be a Christian have a heart in an open mind let yourself forgive and be generous and compassionate to your fellow people do good for someone else instead of thinking of what someone else can do for you I am very reluctant because I myself have stepped away from the thrift shop for personal reasons and I'm not volunteering their apparently and they do seriously and strongly need all the help that they can get because they themselves are shun by many for what they are trying to do for 15 years at different locations that good has always been available and given to those who need it will you not help them. This place use to be clean now they have ppl living in the funiture store an sleeping on the beds do not buy funiture or clothing from this place yse to be a great thrift store the person that runs this place is suspose to be pastor but he sure doesnt act like one..their are ppl that are doing drugs an the place is nasty..looks like a dump

I know this place is a thrift store, but it is dirty, smelly, cluttered, and in a general state of disrepair. Some rooms can't even be safely entered, and good luck finding anything you're looking for. It's not wheelchair-friendly.

There almost always seems to be a gathering of folks who maybe work there or just hang out there. Who knows? It doesn't seem like a particularly safe place.

I've never found anything for a good value there. It's mostly junk.

Went there to buy more windows. For 3 weeks now been told come back in 2 days. Well week 4 was there Thursday they said come back in 2 days again. This time again I did. I was told the pastor is outside go talk to him. He told me I don't know why you were told that cause it's gonna take 2 days to unbury them and I'm ignoring them. How rude can a pastor be. Guess they don't want to make no money. I was will to buy but his rudeness I don't know.

I know it's for a good cause but some of us are on fixed budgets of social security and have little money to spend. I bought 5 small, dogeared worn paperback books at $1.00 each. Almost all other thrifts charge $0.25 each or even a dime each. Especially when their condition is ratty. The only reason I bought them is because a friend in New York can't get out and likes western story books. That's the only reason I bought them. I'll come into the store to look from time to time but only if I really, really need something before I buy it there. Sorry your prices are a bit too high for my poor income.
