Roc at L&M Paving was great to work with. We hired them pre COVID and with all the difficulties we all face. Roc and his team followed through on each and every promise made. We are not only extremely happy with the quality of work but also their integrity. In addition Roc just so happened to be the lowest of the 4 quotes I received. Would recommend to friends & family.

L&M Paving did a great job with our driveway, widening the turning radius, repaving a portion of the parking lot and filling cracks and repairing the driveway and parking lot of our condominium complex. They were very competitive, extremely reliable and completed the job in a timely manner. All the employees that we came in contact with were professional and competent. I would highly recommend them. Due to weather they will be back in the spring to seal the entire driveway and parking lot.

If you are looking for good quality work and a fair price, definitely use these guys. I did some research and these guys use only good quality asphalt mix and a paving system that most of the others cheap out and don’t use. The owner has 40 years experience and still works with the crew to ensue the job is done right! They even surprised me and did a little extra custom work without extra cost because owner thought it looked better. Who does that in this day and age? Recommended to my other family members. Definitely would use again!

We had our driveway done by L and M paving. There were some issues the first time around that they did the driveway. The supervisor and the owner took the ownership of the work and re-did the driveway again to fix those problems. Reliable service.

Lots of crumbling in under 2 years. Started crumbling after 6 months. Been communicating w them about it since issues started. Cant seem to get them to proactively take care of it.
