Went to locksmith to get a new battery for car key fob. They replaced it and it still didn’t work and told me I needed a new key fob. They ordered my key because my car key is discontinued at the dealer as well as my suv. They told me the key would be $282 with programming. I come in to get it done the guy at the desk I want to say Paul but I may be wrong. He has thee worse customer service in the world. He didn’t acknowledge me or my mother so we waited until I noticed he wasn’t going to speak. I explained I was there for the key fob and programming. He told me he sold my key. He never asked for the make model or my name. He didn’t even look for the key smh. We left my mother asked how many days for a new key he says 2-3 days. 1 hour later he calls I asked who was speaking and he said his name so nastily as if I was suppose to know his voice or something. He told me he had found the key I responded I know you did. He asked me so are you gonna come back? I told him yes but I didn’t rush. When me and my mother came back we again were ignored. I said something again and he told me someone will be with me. The two guys who came out tried to program it. While I waited we went next door to the bathroom when we came back my car wasn’t being serviced. We walk inside and again now all 3 are acting as if we aren’t standing there. I ask what’s up with the car and they say they can’t fix it. Moral of the story they didn’t do anything as soon as I walked away they gave up. Also when I asked the man paul how much to make sure he said the same price he now says it’s 295 with tax. These people pick and choose who they want to be nice to. And I’m just not for it they will never get my business again. I’ve dealt with them for years and this has been the worse experience ever.

I went in with a door lock core from my Ford van, which has never worked since I’ve owned it. I was told by the van’s previous owner that it was keyed differently from the ignition. I brought it in and they looked at it for 5 seconds, greased it, and handed it back to me. It was just stuck this whole time! It works perfectly now and they didn’t even charge me. Really nice guys who clearly know exactly what they’re doing. I’d trust them with any job now.
