First off, I called this company as soon as they were scheduled to open. The person who answered the phone was very polite and very helpful. The representative got right to finding out when I can get service. And thank God, it was the same day within hours. The person that came to supply the service was Ryan. He was very professional and had a great spirit. He got right to work, discovering what needed to be done to our furnace and gave us his recommendations and followed through fixing our issue so that our heat can be up and running. I would 100% recommend this company. The first impression that we received from this company Spoke volumes about the work that they do. This is our first time getting service from here, and now they are stuck with us forever. We thank you for being so pleasant. And we appreciate the kindness and professionalism that you gave us. Had to replace furnace, and was hesitant who to go with. I had another person tell me they do good work so went ahead and schedule them for the following day. Pricing is fair and competitive. They were done within a couple hours, also replaced my thermostat the following day (a Saturday) since the old one wasn't working. Really nice work and furnace works well.

I went to M&M Heating and Cooling after several years of unsuccessful attempts to fix my heating system by another HVAC/Plumbing business. I chose M&M because they are BBB accredited with an A+ rating and have a solid 10 years in business – and they did not disappoint! Nick and crew are very professional and competitively priced. I was given 3 different options/quotes with the pros/cons clearly described, and a generous warranty on their work. They arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day with zero clean-up required on my part. I could not be happier with my choice to use M&M – I finally have reliable heat and love the peace of mind the workmanship warranty provides.

I once publicly stated how good a place this was to do business with but after 3 painful months of waiting for anyone with any etiquette there to get back to me, I find myself disgusted with this place. I called twice, emailed twice and even texted the owner who told me "call and schedule a service...I'm on vacation". This was after explaining to him that I had been waiting for an answer for 2months. My question pertained to service that I paid for a year ago ($15k) and all anyone had to do there was relay my question but nobody cared or maybe they've been on vacation for months. It's pathetic that I have to say all these things but they are true. It's just petty that after giving this place my business, reviewing them kindly and promoting them they don't have the decency to pick up the phone and answer a question that takes less time to answer than write this review. If you call and want a quick question answered, well that's a service fee of $169. No thanks. If you are in the heating & cooling business and read this, please reach out as I'm in the market. Thanks.
