Always booked. You won't find an appointment for atleast 4-5 months away, which is weird. Have to take appointments from other Honda service dealers where we get appointments faster.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ! I went to manchester honda on 20th June 2024 for an oil change . What they did was horrible ! After coming home I saw an oil leak and went back to them to fix the very next day. They told me that oil drain plug has been stripped. They were claiming this may not be from the oil change that they did on 20th of June and from a previous oil change. And then I told them that last 3 oil changes were done from manchester honda. After thay they checked the system to verify it and told me that they will fix it. Then I check again from another mechanic because I had doubts and he told me that manchester honda used a 15 mm over sized oil drain plug with a rubber washer crookedly.Because of all these things I have to replace my oil plan which will cost me more than $1000. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY !

Don't bother calling these guys for service.. my daughter has a check engine light just come on and needs Honda service and they don't have availability until December! they can see her in an emergency but then they may need the car for a week and a half to diagnose the problem...what is someone supposed to do for a week and a half? ridiculous. Add some more service technicians maybe...

I went for a recall for my passport so I told them to change the oil because I had to wait 4 weeks to get an appointment. When I picked up the vehicle the oil was not changed. I asked why. They insisted that it wasn't due.Great. What ever happened to customer service. On my way home from Manchester Honda the maintenance signal came on and quess what, oil change is due. So now they don't have any appointments for 6 weeks. Don't know how they stay in business.

Went in to pick up a part and when I tried to confirm it was the right item the guy said “isn’t that what you ordered?” Additionally, prior I brought my car in for a recall; my dashboard wasn’t put together correctly and then they wanted me to drop it off again to fix that but wouldn’t offer another rental. (was no need it takes 5 seconds to do when you know what you’re doing).

I have a Honda Acty, a vehicle not sold domestically in the US. I needed some specific washers to do a coolant flush on my car and assumed that Honda probably does not make different parts for every vehicle they have ever made, and that the service center would have 8mm rubber washers. The gentleman at the computer immediately told me that vehicle is not in his system, and that i should “go play guessing games somewhere else.” I wrongly assumed a honda tech would try to help me at least a little, and be able to find an 8mm rubber washer without a part number. The immediate dismissal and unwillingness to give me anything but attitude was really unexpected.

Service Department Review:
This is a VERY late review, but we're still steaming mad about it. I hope the service department gets it's act together!
My mother bought 2 NEW cars from Manchester Honda (2013 and 2018 Honda Fits)
On April 9, 2019 we brought her 2013 Fit in for service, for a new battery and also a free "spring service" (multi point inspection). The car would intermittently not start from old battery losing charge.
So they charged her for new battery and installation ($181.69)
GUESS WHAT They DID NOT replace the battery. The whole reason the car was brought in! They charged her for battery and installation and didn't do the work! My 81 year old mother then BREAKS DOWN in the car a few days later, has to call me for a "jump start" to get home.
We bring the car back April 29. All that was offered to my mother for OUR trouble was a free oil change. We were about to contact the Honda Corporate Headquarters and create such a stink of a complaint. An experience like that leaves a very bad taste in your mouth for a long time. Obviously, now there is a concern that we can't assume they will actually do the proper work for which they charge, because of miscommunication, or bad employees, or under staffing or whatever.
ADDITIONALLY, I brought her 2018 Honda Fit in for routine oil change, and also tire rotation, and balancing (in July 2021). Immediately after the rotation and "balancing" the car shakes (and has ever since) when applying the brakes, especially going 40+ mph and downhill. Literally the drive home from the appointment I noticed it. The car was PERFECT before I brought it in. My fault for not turning right around and going back. So it wasn't a brake problem or I would have noticed it before.
How can we be assured that service done on vehicles is actually done now? and properly?
See Attached image: It shows two separate bills/receipts. Top image is initial bill for service work, which was not actually done. Bottom image is when they actually replaced the battery "free". Note bottom image states initial billing date (4/9/2019) then another install date (4/29/2019) for no charge. I redacted some parts and also the technician's name. No reason to put his name out there.

I brought my '06 Shadow 750 in for an oil change, which cost me $144.44 ($14.99 for each QT. of synthetic , and $21.59 for a filter). After 141 miles I checked the oil level to ensure all was right. I did it with the bike on the kick stand, BUT also screwed the dipstick in all the way. Eric said this was wrong. but no oil was evident at all. It had been running fine, which was comforting, but after putting in 2 1/2 Qts. of oil, the level was finally up to about 1/8" above the top line on the dipstick. I had multiple calls with Eric, who in the end was convinced they had put in the 3 Qts. of oil. He had no answers, why after I put in 2.5 Qts., and did the check over again by the book, it registered 1/8" overfilled. He did offer to do the next oil change. WHY would I have them work on my bike again? I was told going into the appointment it would take 30 min. - 1hour. I came back to the dealership at an hour, and still waited at least 20 mins( which is all it should have taken because........... 'the filter came off right away' for the tech), Secondary to my belief two qts. of oil did not get into the bike, and Eric's finding this confusing, I should have asked for a price before making the appointment. I could get an oil change on my car, which uses more oil, for a lot less money! I am 73 years old, and this is the first time I have ever posted a review.

Disappointed,
Walter
