Scott and the team at mb tractor were amazing. The service we received will make me a life long customer they dropped the machine we rented on time they were flexible, service was fast I can’t say enough good things about them and the prices were reasonable. The show room is also organized spacious and clean some one is always willing to help you I would highly recommend

I feel compelled to write this review, in hopes that it may help others. Unfortunately my experience with MB Tractor was not a good experience. I had decided to purchase a used tractor that was posted on their website. After speaking with the salesperson, I was assured that a deposit was not required to secure the tractor. That his word would be good for 7 days. I asked again and he assured me. My mistake. A day later I received an email stating that the tractor had been sold. I had the difficult discussion with the sales manage and he said he would look into the matter. After multiple calls I have yet to hear back from him. I understand that mistakes are made. But to ignore the issue in hopes that it will go away is not the way to handle customers.

I should have read the reviews before taking my tractor here. I hauled in my fathers old tractor for repair. It took them two months to tell me they could not locate a part for it. I found one on eBay and delivered it. Two weeks later, after I called to check on it, I was told he forgot to order an O ring so would do that and call me when it was ready. A week later it was finally finished(almost four months in his shop). He offered to deliver it for a small fee. I said YES!! I have waited for two hours . I called to see how much longer of a wait.....oh, he thought we agreed to Fri, not Wed. NO!! As I have had a trip planned for Fri for months no, I never would have agreed to a Fri delivery. Who knows if my tractor is really fixed or if it will ever be delivered. It was finally delivered. It is not fixed., It has the exact same problem. The mechanic who dropped it off did not work on it but agreed it is not fixed. I am now out 2k$ and they had it four months.Do not use this dealer. Please, Please go elsewhere.

Worst possible service you can imagine. They are a “certified Husqvarna servicer”. My backpack blower was under warranty so I took it there. They had it for 6 months and gave me attitude every time I called asking about it. Finally I got it back. Took the guy about 10 tries to get it started. I get home with it, can never get it started again. I just took it somewhere else and the guy asked me who the heck worked on this blower because everything is messed up on it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE!!!

No pressure sale what so ever. I came for a couple parts and got them. No one tried to sell me anything else. I like that. Staff was very pleasant and friendly...show room is huge and clean.

This company is crooked. One of their employees accidentally drove a tractor into my new car. They said they would pay for it, but now they are ignoring my texts and phone calls. As an edit, Mark Bourdois, the owner of the company contacted me to tell me that he will not pay. The company illegally charged my credit card without my wriitten or verbal permission. They are a company that you don't want to do business with.

Poor customer service/sales in south Windsor. Ordered a kubota bagger in April, asked to pay/give deposit but said it wasn’t needed. Was told it was in NH and would be here in few days. 3 months go by with no calls or emails back. Bagger was never ordered and original price when I tried to re order in July wasn’t honored.
