I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service I'm disabled have no family that lives here and no longer have a car i knew i was going to have another procedure on my leg it was pretty bad and was experiencing hugh amounts of fatigue my current place who fill rx for stocking lost their contract so started calling around i spoke with Andrew he said they only take straight medicaid which i have so i go to dr. give him the fax number and wait 4 days later i call leave detailed message then wait i get procedure still no call back 4 days after that i call again the guy who answered said we don't do that sorry he was wrong i told him the specifically said the only medicaid you take is straight medicaid he gave me the fax number said when they get it i can be measured and they will order them he said sorry he was wrong!!! i wasted three weeks total thinking i had found a place they didn't have the decency when i left a message to call me back and let me know i was given the wrong information , you would think a place who supplies medical equipment and deals with people who have serious enough health problem that require assistance just to function from day to day would understand how something like this can impact an individual the amount of stress a lone impacts their personal health this can set me back weeks and i need more procedures completely unprofessional !!!!

Went to purchase compression socks. The man measured my calf and ankle. I questioned the size and he said that was why he measured. I asked if it doesn't fit can return the socks. No. The socks Do not fit. Too tight. Can't even get on my foot. I wasted $20.00 Should have ordered thru Amazon.

Nearly 18 months ago, I bought an oxygen concentrator from MedMo. This was an emergency purchase, because my wife was diagnosed with congestive heart failure while on a road trip from Portland OR to Dallas TX. Her attending physician told me to make sure she had oxygen during our return drive to Portland.
The service I received during the purchase was good, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Now, a year and a half later, the device needs warranty repair and I needed a copy of the sales receipt. Fortunately, I had attached the store manager's business card to the instruction manual. As soon as I explained the issue to him, he quickly volunteered to send a copy of the receipt and the prescription, since I had misplaced both of them. They were waiting for me in my inbox the following morning when I checked my email. Now, that is what I consider exceptional service!

We had a lift chair malfunction that was not even purchased through them. They were amazing! They took the time to call the manufacturer to find out about warranty information and made all the arrangements for the repair for my 85 year old father, for only the cost of shipping and the minimum service call. I recommend Scott and his team with out reservation.

We help the super seniors in our complex. Today my husband brought Flo to your store to see about getting a new scooter. She has serious anxiety issues in public so this was a big event for her. And without the scooter, she has to rely on rides from friends. Well, bottom line, your store couldn't help her. BUT, someone there did find the right place Flo needed to go and got the information over to them. You didn't have to do that. You could have just said -nope, sorry. You didn't. You helped her out because it's the decent thing to do. We didn't buy anything there today but I will recommend your store to everyone in our neighborhood. That level of kindness is rare anymore. Brilliant team. Thank you for helping Flo today.

I bought an ankle brace for my son. It turned out to be too small for him. I tried to return it 2 days later and I was told that the brace was “filthy”. One of the things the representative didn’t realize was that the brace was worn only inside their filthy store, maybe that explains why the brace was filthy. Needless to say, I think the representative needs a little refresher on his customer service skills. Another representative wearing a pony tail told me that he had disclosed to me that these type of items are not returnable (conveniently). Of course he told me! I am the one with the short term memory.

Be careful buying items that you don’t know in this store. God forbid you try to return a “filthy” item that became filthy in their own store. It will be your fault and you will be stuck with an overpriced item sitting at home.
