Meral did great work BUT when we went to pick up my granddaughters prom gown at the specified time had to wait because dress was not finished. We should have received a call. Later the same day went back at a specified time and again had to wait. Will not go back

Meral and the other gal who works there are so gifted. Very pleased with the outcome of my pantsuit - you can hardly tell anything was done and it was completed in a timely manner. It’s hard to find people as skilled. Will return with more items.

We made an appointment but when we got there the store was closed and no one was there. We left a kind message saying it was ok if she just forgot and we can make a different appointment but she never called us back. She should have just told us she couldn’t do it. Being honest would have been better than letting us show up and having the store be dark.

She does exemplary work and provides excellent and friendly customer service. I am an extremely short-statured male and she is very attentive to the difficulties I have finding clothes than can even be altered to fit. I would not hesitate to reccomend Meral's Tailoring to anyone.

Having said that, she has way more work than one person can handle.
Always late and always an excuse.
I’ve waited literally months and have now gone elsewhere.

Her prices are fair, and she frequently does a good job. But she also frequently gets it wrong, in which case she readily redoes the job. Also, she is uneven in meeting her time commitments.

Terrible ! Brought my pants in to be hemmed and she never got to then ! Was 3 days late !
I took my pants and went elsewhere !!
