Quizás porque no hablo mucho inglés, no sentí un ambiente agradable, la persona en la caja muy serio y antipático. El precio demasiado caro, comparado con toyota y otros talleres. En el trabajo mecánico no puedo calificarlo porque el presupuesto fue muy caro y no hice nada con ellos. Para chequearlo son $ 29.99, tomen eso como dinero perdido.

Two issues occurred during the replacement of the radiator. The fasteners used to secure the bumper to the frame were missing. I returned later and the service manager inserted. new fasteners. Problem fixed. Later that day I was driving and started hearing a clunking sound when I slowed to around 5 mph, coming to a stop. The sound was heard again when I accelerated. I brought the car back the next day and when they test drove it, and the driver pulled into the shop parking lot, I noticed the loose component between the installed radiator, and the bumper, moving back and forth, causing the clunking sound. Car was pulled into the bay and the component was secured. Problem fixed.

Made 11:30 appointment and was told would be inspected with-in 30 minutes.
I told the manager I just needed brakes. One hour and fifteen minutes later I got a text with inspection results, indicating the car needed over one thousand in repairs minus coupons for $100 and it would take two hours more to do the work.
I explained I wanted brakes and had already spent two hours waiting.
He said the brake pads only would not be warrantied and was going to cost way over the Kelly Blue book estimate that I had looked up prior.
Walked half a mile back and picked up my car with no repairs done and I had two hours wasted.
