I just bought a car at Mini of Escondido. I’ve driven a Mini Countryman for 11 years and decided to look at the 2025 model. I compared it to the BMW X1. It was great because Mini and BMW are together. Both cars were awesome, but I guess I’m a Mini Girl at heart. Peter and Joe at Mini were great. They were so knowledgeable and patient with me. There was no pressure they just wanted me to be satisfied with my decision. I know that they are there after sale to help with any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Mini and BMW of Escondido.

Joe Chen you are awesome! Ask for this guy if you are buying a MINI from here! I traded in my 2019 for a 2025 2 Door Hardtop. The technological differences between the two were wild. Joe sat with me in the new one, helped me set up a profile, set up my phone as key and answered all questions before I could ask. He went through all the Drive Settings with me too and showed me how to customize my MINI to perfection. He is as awesome as my MINI.

I leased a mini cooper here. My sales associate, Angel, was very good at responding quickly and answering my questions prior to the sale. I work at a car dealership as well & appreciated them giving me the payment I asked for off the bat. They even sent a porter to pick me up from my home as I had surrendered my vehicle that morning. Unfortunately, Angel was with a client when I arrived- no issues as I was just waiting for finance. But he was still with during the "delivery." As such, I had to teach myself the car & the questions I had he didn't have answers to. I was hoping to have been taught interesting Easter eggs and such, as I do for my own clients, but I also understand being doubled up on customers. I know it's a mini & bmw dealership and hard to learn inventory but some of the answers to my questions were wrong. For example, before ordering- I asked if the auto off could be turned off and he said it permanently could. That's not the case it's every day like most cars which was really disappointing because that was a selling point for me. The detail was very bad, I had to have it cleaned up while there and re do it myself. Unfortunately since after the day of purchase, my responses haven't been very quick and I never received a follow up call. Just a little different coming from one salesperson to another. I'm still happy with my experience overall! Just the delivery process needed some work

Shout out to Drew Bachman! He made the whole car buying experience easy and pleasant, and even though he technically works on the BMW side of the house, he stepped in and helped me get my new mini.
