Mr Comfort definitely has a new client after dealing with them! I reached out in a panic because my entire house smelled of oil and I have 2 kids under 2. I was just quoted 17k for needing to replace my entire heat unit from another company. I called Denny and he had someone out within the hour. Paul showed up quickly, was knowledgeable when answering my questions and kept me informed on what he was seeing. The fact that he wasn’t trying to up sell me and was straight was awesome. My heat is fixed with no oil smell after $200. I can’t thank Mr comfort enough for the great experience! I would highly recommend this company and definitely will be using them in the future!

We've lived in our house for 14 years. Mr. Comfort (Denny) is the only HVAC service provider we've chosen to use, because he's never let us down. When our system has had issues on the coldest nights, we've called Denny. He's showed up with parts and/or space heaters to keep my family warm. When money has been tight, he's found a way to make things work out. When I've needed a part I couldn't find anywhere else, he's met me in a parking lot after a long day of work, to make sure it got to me in a timely manner. Recently, he and his crew completely replaced a heat pump we had been fighting to keep alive for years. His prices were the best, as was the equipment he recommended. We're now enjoying the heat of one of the most energy efficient heat pumps on the market. We're eligible for substantial tax credits and we're enjoying lower energy costs. Denny is extremely busy, in part because those who know him place high value on the services he provides. Somehow, he's always found a way to be responsive in moments when we've needed him. Highly(!) recommend.

I recently had some issues with my oil heating system and had 3 quotes. When Denny came to my home and discussed his idea and quote, he was very professional and informative. I accepted his quote a week later and was surprised at how quickly he was able to schedule me. His crew was just as professional as he was. If I could give more stars I would! Denny came out to my house this past summer to fix my AC unit and today to fix my furnace. Both times he came right out and did everything possible to figure out the exact problems. He is super nice, respectful and all around awesome human being. Denny is a dedicated "customer service" business owner. During the hottest period this July, he came to my house to fix our heat pump. He came after working hours to provide the necessary work to correct the problem. He is honest and explains the problem for the customer's understanding. He puts in long days to help his customers. Everytime we have heat pump problems, he's my first call, and he fits me in to his already busy schedule. We have had his services for the last 5 years. I'm planning on having him replace our 15 year old units because he will install them correctly and with attention to detail. I can't be more pleased with Denny, he is a good person.
