I’ve been going to this group for a very long time. I’ve been from Woodbridge to Hamden and back to Woodbridge. Unfortunately, this location was doing perfectly fine. The last couple years all of a sudden things have changed the office manager, nice lady, but she needs to be at a different location, I don’t feel like she knows what she’s doing not only that but the staff when they called to remind patients of appointments, they need to also tell patients please bring certain things with you. The dentist hygienist is a very nice person, but unfortunately, she never informed if you have to take x-rays in your next appointment, not only that. The dentist checks your teeth never informed a patient if there’s any new issues or there’s something going on you find out after the fact unacceptable anytime a dentist is checking your teeth out. They should be informing the patient if there’s any issues or concerns every time since technically, our insurance is paying them That especially goes for the dentist hygienist when they’re booking patient’s appointments they need to also inform the patient hey we’re doing x-rays so that you know before your cleaning so the patients is prepared. Unfortunately, I now had an issue with billing saying that my assurance is inactive and denied which unacceptable it’s been the same insurance for 2022. It looks like either there’s billing department doesn’t know what they’re doing or their staff is not doing it correctly regardless of the fact I’ve never had this issue and is become an issue personally I do think the staff needs to be replaced the offer me an office manager needs to go to a different location. This location has not been the same in the last four months.

Dr. Greene is amazing! Great bedside manner, very professional yet caring and no nonsense. I have been to quite a few dentists, she is BY FAR head and shoulders above the rest. I will follow her to any practice she might be at. A++++

Misleading!
I had a good experience with my wisdom teeth removal in October so I recommend my partner to come to this facility for a consultation. Unfortunately I was not at this appointment with him, after giving him an estimate for roughly $1,500 they offered him a “payment plan” option to go through with the treatment. Fast forward one month we call to make an appointment and find out they were no longer able to continue with treatment as their doctor left to their other location. We call the New Haven location and find out the doctor was never comfortable doing the treatment as it was a root canal in a back molar. They reffered my partner to see an endodontist instead. Fine! When speaking to a receptionist at the New Haven office, she brought up how strange it was that we started paying the payment plan before services were even rendered.

We then call the Woodbridge office, explaining that we would be unable to get services and wanted a refund on the payment plan. The receptionist said she would have a manager call us back. One week passes and we get no call back. We call again around the second week and we get the same answer. We decide to call customer service for the “app” the payment plan was being processed through. After speaking with a representative from Sunbit, it was explained that my partner did not have a “payment agreement”, it was a small loan. Never once did the office explain in direct words that this would require a credit check, it was implied that this process took place fully with the dentist office. The representative from Sunbit also explained that we should have never been charged until services were rendered.

Obviously if we had known this would be a loan we never would have continued with this office. Try training your front desk staff on what they’re selling to clients! And what was the point, if your doctor didn’t feel comfortable and planned on referring us to an endodontist regardless?

Money was refunded to us after another two weeks or so. We still have not received a call back from “management”. Do better.
