Scheduling an appointment with quick
Service was very friendly,
During routine oil change, diagnostic showed a few issues. These issues were explained quickly and easily verbally on the phone and with detail details online..
Pricing was reasonable and competitive. Original work and additional work all completed within the same day.

The moment I walked and and was greeted by Cindy I had a feeling I was in good hands. Eric and his team run great Automotive shop. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a place to take their vehicle in for maintenance, alignments and more. They are AAA recommended as well.

I’m giving fair credit for the pricing, but the overall experience was frustrating. I booked my appointment two weeks in advance to have my car’s AC fixed, expecting everything to be ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived at 8 AM, they didn’t have the necessary parts pre-ordered. On top of that, I made it clear when booking that I’d be waiting at the shop until the repair was finished, yet they claimed I never mentioned that. I ended up sitting there for hours unnecessarily. The lack of preparation and miscommunication was really disappointing.

Confirmed! We've been searching for a new mechanic as we've leased mostly and seldom needed much. All of the positive reviews here are as they say! My husband brought his car in for a very affordable/competitive alignment and then I came with my car for a 2nd opinion regarding a need to replace my rotors/brakes with only 25k on my car. The service, professionalism and excellent communication here will make us both come back for certain. Loved the early drop off/no contact pick up policy to make their business hours work with ours. Not only was I told I was no where needing brakes, but that a part had been left off of my car by the other tire/brake shop and that what I did need was tires fairly soon (photos taken by them of all of this). There were a few small suggestions but nothing time sensitive and zero pressure to do it now. I used to work in the automotive industry and trust my gut. They have 2 new customers! Thank you!

I had a great experience with North County Automotive and their team.

I needed my brakes done and they were able to get me in that week. I also asked for a full inspection since my car was coming up on 100k miles.

Bob was thorough, patient, honest, and a great communicator. He broke it down to what was high priority vs. what could wait with estimated timelines. They even have a great platform that sends you a text link to photos and details of the inspection. It was great to be able to share with my partner to review and make some decisions.

They had easy after hours for drop off and pick up.

Would high recommend to anyone needing service and looking for a trustworthy mechanic that does qualify work.
