Ramon was very impressive with the knowledge and info he provided during our HVAC replacement. I originally hired him for an air duct cleaning and once he looked at our system, he quickly got me up to speed at how old our system was (over 20 years). And gave me options on the different systems to upgrade to based on our budget. The flexibility of replacements and payment options were what sold us. I'm glad we stuck with him bc my wife and I were really happy with the new Carrier system that he was able to install in just a couple of days!!

When my boiler started leaking in my new house, Ray came in the same day and made a fix while guaranteeing his work. When the problem persisted, Ray stayed true to his word and returned to diagnose the issue correctly. He went above and beyond by doing additional research and consulting with other experts in the field before returning to my house and fixing it at no additional cost.
